What to write about

• A payment that went wrong. Slots are not refundable when somebody outbids you — that is the product working. Anything else is a fault, and faults get fixed.
• Your brand's name, logo or description is wrong. We read those off your own site automatically, and automatic reading is sometimes wrong.
• You want your brand taken off the board. Say so and it goes, with no argument and no retention flow.
• Press, or you are writing about this. The press kit has the facts, the logos and the numbers already.
• Something is broken. Especially anything about money.

What we cannot help with

We do not sell visitor data, we do not pass your details to the brands on the board, and we cannot tell you who bid against you. The public numbers on /stats are everything we know about traffic, and they are already public.
