Ad frequency
Ad frequency is the average number of times each person in an audience has seen an ad: impressions divided by reach.
60,000 impressions across 12,000 people is a frequency of five. Some repetition helps an ad be remembered; too much wastes money and irritates.
Platforms let you cap frequency. In a small audience, it climbs fast whether you cap it or not.
