Time-boxed ad slot
A time-boxed ad slot is a placement sold for a fixed window of time, such as twelve hours, rather than per impression or click.
The buyer gets the whole slot for its duration and everyone who visits in that window sees it. Price is set up front, so there is no running cost and no budget to monitor.
It suits small advertisers who want a test with a clear start, end and price. BidSurvivor sells two a day by auction.
